Inventory all automations, map dependencies, define core data objects. Deliverable: a technical blueprint the non-technical team can read and understand.

Architecture & Refactor — hourly, $165/hr

If Phase 1 is a match: structured refactoring, modularization, observability, deployment. No Kubernetes. No microservices. Clean, documented Python.
